- Initial meeting - we will discuss the criteria for your ideal property and assess your requirements. We search for properties from £600,000 upwards. Once we have received the signed agreement, and registration fee (see 'fees'), we will begin our property search for you.
- Relocation assistance - initially we will discuss the best areas for you, we can then conduct a property search. When we have a shortlist of the most suitable properties ,we will organise a viewing day, we can also organise your removals from within the UK or abroad (see fees). For non-English speaking clients we can speak/translate in French, German, Italian or Russian. Finally we will do all we can to assist you settling into your new home and area.
- Excellent contacts - properties often get sold before being marketed. Due to our good relationships with local Agents we often have advance warning of a property coming on to the market. We also have a large network of contacts, and in the past have found houses just by knowing the right people who want to sell. Therefore we may already know the perfect property for you.
- Well positioned - we are based in the areas we cover so we are close at hand to visit regularly with the Estate Agents, check desirable streets for new signs, and read local papers, when you may be busy at work, based elsewhere in the U.K, or perhaps abroad.
- Save you time - we can sift through properties, do drive-bys and viewings, we wil keep you updated on a regular basis, and make a short list of the most suitable properties you may be interested in. We can then escort you on the viewing. and as we are acting only on your behalf, we will give you an honest and unbiased view of each property.
- Extensive local knowledge - we can advise you on the most suitable Private or State Schools, Train Services, the best Pubs and Restaurants. We can also recommend IFA's, Solicitors, Architects, the most reliable Builders, Landscape Gardeners, Interior Designers etc, etc.
- Professional negotiation - in this challenging market we feel it is of upmost importance that we have local knowledge of the market trends to negotiate on your behalf the best possible price to secure your ideal property. We can then follow the sales progression on your behalf, reducing the number of unwanted phone calls and oversee the process through to completion.
